STRICT NON-COMMERCIAL DATA POLICY
K3 Entertainment Pvt Ltd. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for data monetization; your data will NOT be sold or traded with external marketing entities.
ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATION
Submission does not constitute automatic entry. Our executive team performs manual vetting. K3 reserves the right to deny or revoke access.
PLATFORM PRIVACY
Our community operates primarily on WhatsApp. By joining, you accept that contact details will be visible to other vetted members within the group.
Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to K3 – Kalakaar Ki Khoj ("K3", "Platform", "Website", "App", "we", "our", "us"). K3 is a digital community and discovery platform designed to enable individuals to showcase talent, creativity, portfolios, and professional profiles.
By accessing, registering on, or using the K3 website or application in any manner whatsoever, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
1. Nature and Purpose of the Platform
K3 is only a facilitator and community platform. Its sole purpose is to provide digital infrastructure for talent discovery, visibility, networking, and self-expression.
- K3 does not act as an agent, manager, employer, or casting authority.
- K3 does not guarantee employment, gigs, or professional outcomes of any kind.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be 18 years of age or above to register. Minors may use the Platform only with verified parental or legal guardian consent.
3. User Content & Ownership
Users retain ownership of their original content. However, users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and originality of all content uploaded.
4. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
K3 shall not be responsible for IP theft, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of likeness by third parties. Any IP dispute is strictly between the concerned parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K3 and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this platform.
13. Legal Non-Involvement Clause
K3 shall not be dragged, impleaded, or implicated in legal disputes, police complaints, or court proceedings between individuals or entities using the platform.
17. Intermediary Safe Harbour
K3 acts as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000. We do not proactively monitor user content and are protected under safe-harbour provisions.
